Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level security architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments
- Lead incident response operations for complex cybersecurity breaches using SOAR platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for critical infrastructure
- Develop automated security monitoring solutions using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives across departments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity engineering with 3+ years in enterprise environments
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or OSCP (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container technologies (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security automation tools
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Darktrace, Recorded Future)
- Strong analytical skills for complex threat investigation and mitigation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
