Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security architectures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust frameworks
- Lead incident response operations for complex cyber threats using SIEM platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Develop security automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to security policy development
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering with hands-on implementation
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and cloud-native architectures
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Proficiency in security automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with threat hunting and MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
