Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response operations for critical infrastructure breaches
- Develop zero-trust network architectures and secure cloud migration strategies
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for energy sector clients
- Mentor junior engineers and establish security best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in engineering/architecture roles
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Hands-on experience with threat hunting and forensic analysis
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Proven track record in incident response for critical infrastructure
- Deep understanding of ICS/SCADA security protocols
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
