Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust security frameworks, including Zero Trust and Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Lead and direct the investigation of security incidents, including forensic analysis and root cause determination.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and red team operations.
- Manage and optimize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions for real-time threat detection.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and compliance documentation (NIST, ISO 27001, CUI).
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate security into the DevSecOps pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CRISC are mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity engineering or network security.
- Deep expertise in firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation and tool development.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
