Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and conduct real-time analysis to identify potential threats.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to ensure system integrity.
- Respond to security incidents and manage the incident response lifecycle from detection to resolution.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices for the organization.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, SOC, or Incident Response.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
