Responsibilities
- Lead security incident response and threat hunting operations
- Design and implement advanced security controls across cloud and on-premise environments
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security monitoring dashboards and SIEM correlation rules
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Document security policies and procedures for regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on SIEM implementation (Splunk preferred)
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure security services)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance
