Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems
- Lead incident response investigations including root cause analysis and remediation planning
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid cloud environments
- Develop comprehensive threat intelligence reports and security awareness training materials
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with focus on threat detection and response
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Expert knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to correlate complex security data
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
