Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM tools like Splunk and QRadar
- Lead incident response for security breaches including forensics and containment
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise networks
- Develop security policies and procedures aligned with NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness programs across the organization
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with 2+ years in enterprise-level incident response
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expert knowledge of network security architectures (firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and container security
- Demonstrated ability to manage security projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex risks to non-technical stakeholders
