Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response procedures for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud/on-premise systems
- Develop and maintain security documentation (policies, playbooks, reports)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry trends (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST frameworks)
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or threat analysis
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CEH required; GIAC preferred
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to prioritize under pressure
- Fluent English with strong written/verbal communication skills
