Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response procedures for APT and ransomware attacks
- Develop and execute penetration testing frameworks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments across hybrid cloud environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement zero-trust architectures
- Create executive-level security dashboards and threat reports
- Mentor junior analysts in security best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with SOC/IR experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC preferred
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in Python/PowerShell for automation
- Familiarity with NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
