Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for malware, ransomware, and APT attacks
- Develop and implement security controls across cloud/on-prem environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure NIST/CIS compliance
- Create executive security dashboards and threat intelligence reports
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity operations
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong analytical and threat-hunting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
