Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for security breaches, ensuring rapid containment and forensic analysis
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise infrastructure
- Develop comprehensive security awareness training programs for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations or threat analysis
- Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (e.g., GCFA, GCIH)
- Expertise in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR solutions)
