Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats using SIEM platforms (Splunk/QRadar)
- Lead incident response investigations for security breaches and vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement advanced threat detection scripts and automation
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments for ISO 27001/GDPR
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Produce executive-level security risk reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and incident response
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in Python/PowerShell for security automation
- Experience with vulnerability management (Qualys/Nessus)
- Strong understanding of NIST frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex threats
