Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for advanced persistent threats and zero-day exploits
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud/on-prem systems
- Develop security automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Implement NIST CSF controls and maintain ISO 27001 compliance
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Document security procedures and conduct threat hunting operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/IT (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ in SOC operations
- Active CISSP or CEH certification (GIAC preferred)
- Expertise in network forensics (Wireshark, tcpdump)
- Proficiency in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Strong knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
