Responsibilities
- Lead threat hunting operations across cloud/on-premises environments using Splunk and Sentinel
- Design and implement zero-trust architectures for hybrid cloud deployments
- Conduct incident response coordination for high-stakes breach scenarios
- Develop automated playbooks for SIEM correlation and response automation
- Perform penetration testing on web applications and network infrastructure
- Mentor junior analysts through weekly threat intelligence workshops
- Collaborate with engineering teams to harden cloud-native environments
- Generate executive-level security posture reports quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise cybersecurity operations with CISSP/GCIH certification
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and container security (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Advanced knowledge of NIST frameworks and ISO 27001 compliance
- Proficient in Python for security automation and threat modeling
- Strong experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework implementation
- Proven incident response leadership in regulated industries (HIPAA/PCI-DSS)
- Excellent written communication for security documentation and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
