Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 security monitoring and incident response using SIEM platforms (Splunk/Symantec)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise environments
- Develop and implement zero-trust security architectures and IAM solutions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Manage threat intelligence feeds and proactively hunt for advanced threats
- Document security policies and procedures compliant with NIST/CIS frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in enterprise environments
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC required; CISM/GSEC preferred
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Experience with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike/Microsoft Defender) and firewall management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to correlate complex security data
- Proven incident response experience with major threat actors
- Excellent written/verbal communication for technical/non-technical audiences
