Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response coordination for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across hybrid environments
- Develop zero-trust architecture solutions for cloud/on-premise infrastructures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Mentor junior analysts and document security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and incident response
- CISSP, CEH, or CISM certification required
- Expertise in Azure/AWS security tools and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks or Fortinet firewalls
- Demonstrated success in leading breach investigations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize threats
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
