Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune complex deep learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and transformers.
- Infrastructure: Build scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure models are deployed efficiently and updated seamlessly.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve by implementing the latest research papers into production environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- NLP: Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing tasks and LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
