Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Lead the research and optimization of large language models (LLMs) for deployment on edge devices and high-performance servers.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in software engineering and data science.
- Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and robust cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) developments projected for 2026.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models from prototyping to production scaling.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
