The Role:
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our AI products, from research and prototyping to deployment and maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core platforms, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models using Python and modern frameworks.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI requirements and translate business logic into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines to streamline model training, validation, and monitoring.
- Conduct research into emerging AI trends and technologies to keep our stack at the forefront of innovation.
- Debug complex issues in distributed systems and ensure high availability of AI services.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, or Computer Vision concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products to market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
