Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures that can handle massive data throughput and real-time processing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on cutting-edge technologies, conducting POCs (Proof of Concepts) for next-gen solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies for executive leadership.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years into the future regarding technology trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in dynamic environments.
