Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems focused on 2026 readiness, including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Define and drive the technical vision for our machine learning infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for performance and cost, deploying them on cloud-native environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and large language model (LLM) development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions to production environments.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
