Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-level AI systems, including neural networks and deep learning frameworks, optimized for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all AI deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Quantum Computing integration and AI ethics.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models.
