Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed to support the demands of 2026 technology stacks.
- Lead the definition of the 2026 product roadmap, identifying key AI opportunities and technical milestones.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune large language models and generative AI agents.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives and successfully delivering complex products.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and vector databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and leading high-performance engineering teams.
