Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure clean, reliable datasets for analysis
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, models, and reporting frameworks
- Monitor KPIs and dashboards to track performance against business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with Python or R for data manipulation
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with proven ability to manage deadlines in a remote environment
