Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Create quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale systems
- Establish performance benchmarks and validation methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial development
