Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into production-ready solutions
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen financial and healthcare systems
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm development
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or architecture development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proven track record of translating quantum theory into practical applications
