Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, robust AI infrastructure that can handle petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, transitioning theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, providing technical mentorship and guidance to senior engineers and researchers.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of deep learning models to ensure minimal latency and maximum throughput.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges and architectural transitions.
