We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Data Analyst to join our innovative team in Philadelphia, PA. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, performing data analysis, and creating visualizations that tell a compelling story to stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through rigorous analysis.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
Responsibilities
- Clean, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns.
- Develop SQL queries to extract data from various sources and databases.
- Create clear, concise, and professional reports and visualizations.
- Support A/B testing initiatives by analyzing experimental results.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
