Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within the data.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive written and visual reports for stakeholders, summarizing key insights and recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and sales teams to understand data requirements and solve specific business problems.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing our data warehouses and ensure data integrity standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R; experience with Excel is required.
- Visualization Tools: Experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Schedule: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a strong focus on data quality.
