Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to translate data findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders through executive summaries and visual presentations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Document data processes and maintain up-to-date data dictionaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
