Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Validation: Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our datasets.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly analytical reports that summarize findings and highlight actionable business opportunities.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand data needs and provide technical support.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis scripts for future reference.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical data into business value.
