Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to uncover business insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide statistical analysis for product improvements
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical teams using clear, concise storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
