Responsibilities
- Transform raw healthcare data into compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze patient flow patterns to identify operational bottlenecks in Jacksonville hospitals
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to support quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare data
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Python or R for data manipulation
