Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Generate interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create executive-ready reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance processes
- Support A/B testing and statistical analysis for marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL and Excel
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data for non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail with proven ability to manage large datasets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
