We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our data-driven initiatives with flexible hours (20-25 hrs/week). Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and metrics
- Clean and preprocess large datasets using SQL and Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Document methodologies and maintain data quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data cleaning and transformation in Python/R
- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects
