Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key metrics to stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide statistical insights for marketing and product teams
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards across platforms
- Present findings to executive leadership through concise, data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and cleaning
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Portfolio demonstrating past analytics projects and visualizations
