Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to identify potential threats.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing support.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents according to established incident response procedures.
- Ensure compliance with NIST, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Certifications such as Security+, CEH, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
