Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C++).
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues during off-hours maintenance windows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to the technical architecture of the platform.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in software development with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in at least one primary language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
