Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create automated reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Monitor data quality and implement data validation protocols
- Support real-time decision-making during overnight operations
- Document processes and maintain data dictionaries for team knowledge sharing
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
