Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines in AWS environments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and database optimization
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
