Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Monitor nightly data processing workflows and troubleshoot system issues
- Develop automated reporting scripts to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping business hours
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to stakeholders during morning handoff meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
