Responsibilities
- Perform complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Python
- Generate daily operational reports and real-time dashboards for executive leadership
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior datasets using statistical modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure 24/7 data integrity
- Present findings through compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Maintain documentation for analytical processes and data dictionaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
