- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling

- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, risk assessments, and opportunity briefs for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product development priorities
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Present visionary insights at global industry forums and investor summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
