Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend impact analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
