- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy with quantifiable KPIs
- Lead research on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence

- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $10M+ annual budgets
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies
- Author thought leadership pieces on exponential technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with agile methodologies in complex innovation environments
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
