Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration and quantum computing applications.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable machine learning systems and neural networks.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical strategies for the 2026 vision.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and ethical AI development.
- Oversee the deployment of Generative AI models into production environments.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on product development.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
