Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI models and quantum computing interfaces.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research initiatives focused on next-gen algorithms, predictive analytics, and neural network optimization.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical, real-world hardware implementations.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize system latency and throughput to handle massive datasets and complex computations.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum simulators (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
