Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the research and development of novel machine learning algorithms and neural network structures.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
