Role Overview:
We are looking for individuals eager to learn and contribute to our data-driven culture. In this role, you will support our senior analysts in managing data pipelines, creating visualizations, and generating reports that drive business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist senior analysts in building interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and trend identification to support business decision-making.
- Document data processes and maintain accurate records of data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in data analysis and automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and software tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts is a plus but not required.
